As much as we enjoy designing and building custom homes we are not currently taking on any custom home projects at this time. Our 2022 Schedule is 90% full and we plan on having over 10 Donovan Homes to sell this year.

Property Planning
We work with clients' existing land and we are also willing to help clients find land to purchase. We offer services to create a site plan and help you determine the best possible lot orientation. So whether your goal is ultimate privacy, creating an optimal view, or maximizing natural sunlight our site plan design can accomodate.
We offer land & custom home build packages… If we have a lot you desire we can do a package deal to include the land and a new custom home. We are constantly buying lots in desirable areas to build new homes on.
Interior/Exterior Design
Some of the best exterior designs are crafted after designing the most functional interior designs so we start by creating floor plans first. Our design team is willing to spend many hours with you to get as much info about your lifestyle and daily living to create the most functional, comfortable home for your family.
Construction services
When all plans are finished and agreed upon by our clients we submit them to the county or city and can take care of all the building fees and permits involved. Once a building permit is issued we start construction and typically finish your home in under 6 months. We realize time is money and construction loans are not free so we get every job done in a timely matter.
